If I think we might be a good fit, what is the next step?

The first step is to contact me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. We will discuss why you’re interested in starting therapy, your goals for our work together, and we will get to know each other to see if we are potentially a good fit. Next, we will set up an initial 50 minute therapy session.

To start, we will meet at least once a week for 50 minute sessions, and then we will work together to determine the ideal frequency to help you meet your goals for treatment. The length of treatment will be different for each client.

How often will we meet and for how long?

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and I request that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. I will charge my full fee for missed sessions.

I do reserve limited spots for sliding scale appointments. Please reach out to see if spots are currently available.

Do you have a sliding scale?

I do not accept insurance at this time, though I am happy to provide my clients with an invoice/superbill statement to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I have an office in Marin County, CA where I see clients in-person. I also offer online sessions for clients located in the Bay Area and all over California.
